Had a great meal...mom and daughter-in-law.

Nice family dining atmosphere. Good wine. Decent Italian entrees. Average appetizers. Everything looks like it comes in frozen. Decent service.

Their pizza and wings were phenomenal and at a decent price! Staff was super friendly and helpful! We loved it so much we went back and ate at their restaurant the night after and their veal parm as well as their sampler platter was delicious! Would 100% recommend!

This is a longtime favorite for our family. Good food, nice environment, family appropriate. Love their calzones. I like mine fried with ham. The blue cheese dressing is to die for. I highly recommend a salad with blue cheese dressing.

Tonight is very disappointing for our visit tonight. We have never waited an hour to get our appetizer and then even longer to get our food. And our waitress keeps telling us that our order is next. Have never been this disappointed with Romana's

Very disappointed. With all that is going on with COVID I would think Romanas would comply with safety precautions. All the customers were going in with masks but not one worker had masks or gloves on. You are serving the public food during a pandemic . Saddened by the disregard for everyone’s safety and health during these uncharted times. Just because NY is slowly reopening doesn’t mean that you should become careless.

Ordering out I dont suggest they never give you the whole order. Sit and eat and when they screw up at least it can be fixed

Had the chicken Marsala. Was very good salad was fresh and only had water with lemon. The service was excellent thanks to Christine who was attentive and professional. She went above and beyond to make a decaf iced tea for someone who joined us at the table. And the portion size was very large. I wanted to eat the whole dish but just couldn't. Chicken was tender and sauce and mushrooms were perfect. Pasta was cooked to perfection for me not over done and just al dente. There was no wait but it was busy.

Was not till Covid-19 they started delivery serious, but great food portion size for the price paid.

The service was good. The Staff was pleasant and the food was good.

Typically I usually just order pizza from here. Went for fulton county restaurant week and had fresh fish and it was good as well as our deserts. The staff were friendly and its a laid back environment. Overall a good experience.

Very plain pizza, the sauce needs seasoning. The pizza dough was very basic no flavor. I ordered Hawaiian Pizza and was not expecting sandwich meat very thin on a "Authentic Italian" pizza. I eat alot of pizza and heard great things about this place and was disappointed that it was so tasteless.

Not the pizza I got there in the past? Mush and the cheese was not good at all what a disappointment

We ate calzones, my wife had a small and I tried a large. When it came the small filled a large plate. The large size was so big it hung over a large platter! Great taste but we could not finish it all and took enough home to make a second meal. Great place to eat!!

What a fine restaurant!

Food is always good and they offer great specials in addition to their regular menu. Seated dining service is adequate. If you get take out, check your order before leaving. We have been missing items on several occasions, most recently a complete dinner.

I LOVE Romanas! I've had several of their menu items and have enjoyed them all! Their pizza and wings are really good too. Definitely one of my favorites!!!

We are from Fabius (South of Syracuse) and we always stop at Romana's on our way back from the races at Saratoga. Excellent Italian dining at very reasonable prices and great service.

You won't leave hungry. If you do, it is your own fault.

Quality control just isn’t there anymore. Food isn’t very good, poor service, rude employees, and dirty/run down inside. If the food was actually good I’d consider coming back but it’s not...at all. The prices are also waaayy too high. A salad, and two grinders comes to $31?!? Huh?! My grinder tasted like garbage. Definitely NOT worth the price for the quality of the food you’re getting. Don’t come here.

Service was great! Food was awesome - hardest part is deciding what you want to have! Lots of Italian and Greek choices.

The complementary bread they bring you and the trash side salad was terrible and the wine and beer selection is weak. But the food is really good. Ordered the Greek pizza as an appetizer and it was amazing.

I have always liked Romana's. The food is always good the service is always good. I have just moved back to the area so I went to see if it was the same as I remember. Yes it was very pleased it has not changed at all over the years. Wonderful place to grab a meal.

Very disappointed this week. Last week my wife and i had Turkey grinders and it was good. This week we ordered Turkey grinders again. They have so much oil fillings would not stay between the rolls. Soggy even. Could have spent more time in oven. So much lettuce it was enough for a side salad. Inconsistent meal means I'll be an inconsistent customer.
